Kierrätys­keskus

EcoOnline (then 3T Solutions), which specialises in online courses, asked Riesen Design to design illustrations for an online course for Kierrätys­keskus (Recycling centre). The purpose of the course is to teach their employees how to load and unload a van correctly. In this highly visual story, Veikko and Matti drive to the customer Liisa's, who has old stuff that she would like to get rid of. During the trip, there will be various exercises related to, for example, checking the van before departure, choosing the right equipment and loading the van in the right order.

We set out to do something visually very different and more ambitious than what the customer usually offered: a small world designed entirely in 3D. The challenge was to find a simplified and sympathetic style that enabled us to create scenes quickly and which, of course, would fit into the customer's budget.
